I stayed at Akzent Hotel for its proximity to the Arena and was pleasantly surprised by the charming atmosphere and amenities. The room with a kitchenette, sitting area, and separate sleeping room was cozy, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The generous breakfast buffet served in the comfortable lounge was a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was amazed at how affordable this nice hotel was. Highly recommended!

hotel has no lift, no airoconditioning, no real breakfast, my room had a bad smel in, i openend the window to get some air instead got a lot of mosquitos, the other hotels in the area are much better and cheaper, I dont recommend going there

Clean, very nice and large bright rooms. Free parking. Very nice staff. Free wifi. Cosy brekfast and nice atmosphere. We woul definately recommend tis hotel to others. Good value for spent money!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The shower was fantastic, providing a refreshing start to each day. The family room was spacious and well-designed, with a separate area for the kids. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the balcony in the room and the nicely decorated Christmas atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location was convenient, with free parking across the street and easy access to public transportation, making it a great base for exploring the attractions in the Ruhr area, including CentrO.

Our room was fabulous!!! Clean, easy to find with free parking across the street. The owner was exceptionally helpful and the dining room was warm and cozy with excellent food. The room was so large with a living room and separate bedroom plus the bathroom. This is a perfect hotel for the money spent. I highly recommend it!

The hotel's location in the industrial area might not be ideal, but it makes it easy to reach city attractions like CentrO shopping center and beautiful parks. Spacious and clean family rooms with comfortable beds and accessible parking make this hotel a convenient option. Friendly and helpful staff members add to its charm.

Guests might find it disappointing that there's no available DND sign on sight, which can be inconvenient.

The room was to small for theree persons. Around 16 sqm. A little bit noisy in the morning because of the traffic.
